Frequently Asked Questions
A host bar is a generous way of saying, ‘thank you’ to your guests by providing alcohol for the attendees. You can do this in multiple ways;
by having drink tickets, paying for beer and wine only, or by covering the tab for everyone throughout the duration of your event. There are many ways to keep the host bar within your budget, so please let us know if you have any questions!
A cash/credit bar is an affordable way to still have alcoholic beverages available, and the guests can purchase the items throughout the night as they consume them.
We typically need 12 ft. x 12 ft. to have a full bar set up. We use multiple 8 ft. tables and a high top round table as well as the LED lit bars.
We’d be more than happy to meet with you or look over a venue diagram to offer suggestions on the best places for our set up.
When we are serving our alcohol, we provide the following:
The LED lit bars, tables for our mixers, beer bath to keep the beer chilled, ice, cups, napkins, straws and garnishes.
We bring beer, wine and 4 tiers of alcohol in our full bar set up. You can choose to have everything available or limit the selection to what you desire.
We typically carry 3-4 domestic beers and 3-4 craft/import beers including Wichita Brewing Company, Walnut Valley out of El Dorado and more.
We have a large wine selection with house wine and 5 types of select wines. We also provide 4 tiers of liquor for every price point. If you have a specific item you are interested in, we can provide you with an itemized list of our full selection.
We have non-alcoholic self-serve drink options for items such as, iced tea and water. This is a great add-on since many caterers leave before the event is over and the guests do not have access to non-alcoholic beverages for the duration of the night. You can add fruit infusions or even lemonade for an additional cost.
When we are serving our spirits, we will have a certain amount of soda and juices available. These are typically used as mixers but we bring extra along in case anyone would like a non-alcoholic beverage
Yes, we do! We bring the ice as long as we are providing the alcohol. Many of the venues already have ice machines, so we typically use theirs unless other arrangements need to be made.
